Penny Namno is the Founder and Firmwide Managing Partner of SILQ Law, bringing over six years of legal practice across litigation, corporate transactions, and regulatory matters. Admitted to the Bar of Thailand in 2026 and currently completing a PhD in International Law through the University of Geneva and Kasem Bundit joint programme, Penny combines rigorous academic grounding with hands-on commercial expertise.
Penny built her legal career at SILQ, founding the firm and starting her own practice. Her practice spans dispute resolution, corporate governance, foreign investment structures, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on nominee structures in Thailand.
