Our Position on Nominee Structures
We do not advise on, draft, or facilitate nominee arrangements where a foreigner holds beneficial ownership or control of a company while a Thai national holds shares in name only and receives nothing of value. These arrangements violate the Foreign Business Act and expose all parties to serious legal risk. We will not assist with them — full stop. Registration & Compliance Setup
Once incorporated, we handle SSO registration, tax enrollment, and VAT registration where applicable. We also prepare the company for any required BOI or work permit applications.
Bank Account & Ongoing Support
After approximately one month of trading, we assist with corporate bank account opening — and remain available for annual filings, director changes, share transfers, and ongoing legal needs.
