On July 3, 2025, the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) hosted an engaging evening event at their office, titled Nominee Shareholding in Thailand – A Legal Loophole or a Liability? The event drew a diverse group of attendees eager to navigate the complexities of Thailand’s legal landscape for foreign businesses.
The highlight of the evening was an insightful presentation by our own Partner Dr. Paul Crosio.
